On Tuesday, 17 November, La Rigue welcomes you for an exclusive culinary rendez-vous. Wout Bru and Piet Huysentruyt join forces for a remarkable dinner at La Réserve Resort.
Let yourself be surprised by a menu in which both chefs express their own signature style. A meeting of two culinary personalities, featuring refined dishes, rich flavours and a shared passion for gastronomy.

SAINT NICHOLAS BRUNCH
On 6 December, La Réserve Resort invites you to enjoy a festive Saint Nicholas brunch at restaurant La Rigue, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Enjoy a refined buffet featuring seasonal specialities and delicious treats, accompanied by an extensive drinks package including one glass of champagne.
Saint Nicholas will also be paying a special visit to La Réserve! A wonderful opportunity to enjoy a delightful afternoon with family and friends, filled with culinary delights and festive surprises, overlooking Lake Zegemeer.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we welcome you for a festive gastronomic menu. Seasonal produce, noble ingredients and refined winter flavours take centre stage. From Zeeland oysters and Zeebrugge grey shrimp to pheasant with black truffle, it is a culinary Christmas experience to share with family and friends.

Celebrate the end of 2026 in style at La Réserve Resort.
On New Year's Eve, we invite you on a gastronomic journey through the finest flavours of the winter season, featuring game, langoustine and winter truffle. The menu is accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing. At midnight, we raise a glass of champagne together to welcome the new year.
